Here we would sell PDF handouts for learners/children and the corresponding lesson plans for Teachers/Librarians/Parents.

Activities may look like:

“Scavenger hunt”: learners are given a sheet with pictures of plants that are native to their area. In a garden/park, see how many plants learners can identify. This activity works best in a place like a botanical garden.

“Planters”: learners will germinate seeds of a plant native to your area. Once seeds have germinated, they can be transferred to pots, which can be transferred to outside. This activity is great for when your area lacks native plants. It also teaches learners responsibility and stewardship of the land. If you give different learners different native seeds, with different care instructions, this can be a good lesson about caring for others and consent. One watering schedule does not fit all!
